I have never had a better in store experience. Jay the manager went above and beyond to help me. I was very upset with my phone issues when I walked in and was greeted immediately by Jay with courtesy and all of the employees Michael, Chandu, Nate and Andy all were around me trying to help fix the issue with my phone . They all were on different phones trying to get corporate to fix my issue. I would recommend that anyone who wants to have a great Verizon store experience and outcome should come to the Highland, N.Y. store. I will definitely travel the extra distance just to have the opportunity to be able to get the help I need from these store employees.
